Every Saturday in November, 10am - 4pm, twelve different artists will be featured on the patio space at Common Ground Coffee!
We are excited that you are here! Please use the form below to apply to become a vendor at one of the Hartwell Makers Festival Handmade Holidays Saturday Markets. You must first read and agree to the Exhibitor Rules and indicate so below.
Spaces are $50 and will be awarded for each date in the order received and approved. This is not a jury process, but applications must be reviewed and approved to meet the requirements for only quality handmade items and/or original art. Notice of acceptance / non-acceptance will be emailed within a week of application submission.
Please be sure to use an email you check regularly.
We will be using this email for application confirmation and ongoing event communication. Use the 'Attach files' link below the form to attach one photo of your booth setup, at least 5 photos of your art/craft work for review. If you have a current website of social media page with photos, a valid link to that will suffice in lieu of attaching photos. If you are selected as a vendor, we will use photos you send and/or photos from your sites in our social media publicity. If desired, additional photos can be emailed separately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
